Here is a before picture of our first community project. This is a tarp provided by FEMA after hurricane Wilma.

This is a picture of a home in Bonita Springs, Florida that was affected by Hurricane Wilma in 2006. The owners began having leaks, and were unable to make repairs due to health problems. FEMA provided a tarp to put on the roof, but as it is supposed to, the tarp only lasted about 6 months. We found out about this in early 2008 and began asking for help getting the roof replaced. Steve Tracey with Tropic Disposal stepped up and donated the dumpster you see and paid for the dump fees to empty the dumpster. GAF and The Home Depot donated shingles and gave us $125 toward materials. Our company Complete Property Management Group provided personnel to tear the old roof off and put the new one on, and Living Waters Community Church purchased $300 worth of materials as the owner is one of their faithful members.

Some of the roof was rotted from water being trapped under the tarp. We replaced anything rotted and put on the tar paper.

After we finished the tar paper, we put on the shingles.

And after 12 hours in the hot Florida sun in August the owners had a brand new roof.
